Used for grinding TCT( tungsten carbide tipped) circular saw blade tooth top and face. Multi-function model which is able to grind hook angle, top angle and bevel angle. This one has a upgraded model TFE800, able to grind saw blade up to 800mm.
Application: This model is designed for resharpening service of carbide tips top and face angle grinding,precision is controlled below:0.02mm, efficiency is 4-20s/tip.
1. Mainly used for grinding aluminum alloy saw blades, plate furniture saw blades, and high -end power tools.
2. All the mechanisms are installed on the cast iron base, which avoids the resonance during grinding. The castings are treated with high temperature tempering and vibration to ensure that they will not be deformed for long-term use.
3. The four-axis servo is controlled by digital signals, and the equipment has no analog signals such as proximity switches and sensors.
4. The feed method, feed amount, grinding speed, saw blade speed can be set on the screen. The processed specifications can be stored as the product number, which can be directly called during the next processing, and a maximum of 100 recipes can be stored.
