FD260 is designed for higher accuracy profile cutters manufacturing,rough grinding & fine grinding can be finished in one set up. The cutting tools can be processed in full automatically, CAD drawing can be transform into G mode in PLC system. The begining point and end point of side angle can be set in interface directly.

3. CAD drawing can be input directly by USB disck,and forming G mode,which grinder will carry out grinding task as G mode.
Users can set parameter directly in G mode,if any requirement is needed.
4. CNC system,parametrized interface
After setting, all tasks like feeding,rough grinding and fine grinding,mist system can be finished in one set-up.
5. Save labor cost
Same specifications profile cutters can be manfuactured in bulk,completely CNC working,1 labor can operate 6units grinder at same time.
