The APS400 sandblasting machine with auto loader

APS400 is designed with 2-axes servo control, precision monitoring, can remove flux burns after tips being brazed. Greatly save the labor cost. Handwheel can adjust the saw blade in working position faster,PLC system record the parameter of the saw blade accordingly, then grinder carry out the grinding task as record parameter.






APS400 is equipped with saw blade sandblasting machine,auto loader, sand recycling system, 1-dust removal system, 2-dus removal system.

1. Load and pick saw blades automatically,efficiency is below:
Number of hanging pieces: approx 60 pieces (2mm blade)
Time of changing saw blades: approx 12 seconds (140-305mm);approx 24 seconds (320-405mm)
